This modern beach villa, with its breathtaking views, is in a wonderful seafront location between the village of Pomos and the small fishing harbour of Pomos. Separated from the water's edge by a grassy area, the villa is less than 150 metres away from the sea. The garden and terrace lead onto a stone and shingle beach which sweeps along the coastline to the picturesque, fishing port of Pomos, only a 5-10 minute walk away. The small marina offers a traditional restaurant, with spectacular views and the charming village of Pomos, within a 20 minute walk, has a selection of restaurants, taverns and mini-markets. A short drive away is the charming, lively resort of Polis and the picturesque Latchi area, with its wealth of sea front, fish restaurants and small harbour. The neighbouring Villa Adelpha can be booked for larger parties.

Interior

This attractive and spacious villa has an open plan living room, dining area and well-appointed kitchen. The comfortably furnished living room has pool and terrace access through sliding patio doors. Villa Anastasia has three bedrooms, with built in wardrobes and air-conditioning. The air conditioning is extra and is payable locally. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a double bed, an integral, en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a balcony, with magnificent, panoramic sea views. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor which share a shower room located on the ground floor.

Exterior

This villa is in a magical location overlooking the sea and the relaxing sounds of the lapping waves can be heard from everywhere on this property. The 8x4 metre swimming pool is entered by ladder steps and is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and garden which leads onto the seafront. Patio dining furniture and a barbeque area provide an idyllic location for al fresco dining at any time of day or evening while soaking up the wonderful beach atmosphere.

Amenities

This beautiful region with its breathtaking views, quaint little fishing harbour called Pomos marina and miles and miles of picturesque coastline makes this a wonderful setting for a villa holiday. This area also provides a variety of road side restaurants and taverns offering everything from traditional Greek food to international cuisine. The nearest restaurant and bar are a 20 minute walk away. Argaka is located near the coastal town of Polis, which offers an abundance of supermarkets, shops, bars. Following the coastline to the west lies the village of Latchi with its harbour and excellent fish restaurants. Small boats can be hired and vessels offering coastal excursions can also be found there. Diving and snorkelling are also available in Latchi. Just past the village of Latchi is the popular tourist attraction known as the baths of Aphrodite. The sporting and adventure facilities are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and sea fishing.
