This delightful villa is part of a small group of houses in the Goudi Valley and is set in a spectacular, country setting nestled in miles of rolling hills. It is a traditional style Cypriot, summer house surrounded by citrus groves and mature sub-tropical gardens, giving it an authentic, Mediterranean atmosphere. The villa is only a five minute drive to the lively, picturesque village of Polis where there is a wealth of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The fishing village of Latchi, its beach and many fish restaurants are a ten minute drive from the villa.

Interior

This charming, two storey, villa is comfortably and simply decorated to provide a relaxing holiday. It has an open plan living room with patio doors to the garden, a dining area and kitchen. Villa Jacinta has three bedrooms with built in wardrobes and air-conditioning. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and access to a private balcony, the other has twin beds and they share a bathroom. There is a further bedroom with twin beds on the ground floor. It has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to the garden.

Exterior

This attractive villa is set in well maintained grounds with lush flora and fauna. A covered patio dining area overlooks the sunbathing terrace, which surrounds the 7 x 3.5 metre private swimming pool, accessed by ladder steps. This colourful and quaint area, together with a barbeque, provides an idyllic, romantic, venue for long hours of al fresco dining and relaxation.

Amenities

Villa Jacinta is one of a small group of similar, traditional, villas set in their own grounds. Although it is in a country location it is only minutes from several villages with restaurants and supermarkets. A five minute drive takes you to the larger, coastal village of Polis which has become a charming and lively venue for people wanting the smaller tourist areas on the island. It has a picturesque square full of lively Cypriot bars and restaurants with a few shops in between, this is a perfect venue to while away the hours eating delicious food and enjoying local life. Following the coastline to the west, lies the simple village of Latchi, with its long beach, small harbour and large choice of traditional fish restaurants dotted along the sea front. From the harbour, a variety of coastal excursions can be booked, including small boat hire for fishing trips. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include diving, snorkelling, exciting jeep safaris and balloon flights. The main, lively tourist areas of Coral Bay and Paphos are a twenty minute drive from the villa and there you can find a wealth of attractions and excursions of all varieties.

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change. Air conditioning is available at an extra cost and is payable locally.
