In a colourful garden surrounded by citrus groves and spectacular countryside this charming, traditional villa offers good quality accommodation hidden away from the bustle of the resorts. It is part of a small group of houses nestled in miles of rolling hills in the Goudi Valley only a five minute drive to the lively, village resort of Polis. Fish restaurants, a long beach and fishing excursions are a five minute drive in the unspoilt village of Latchi.

Interior

This comfortably furnished single storey villa provides a lovely rustic setting for a relaxing holiday. The cosy living room has an attractive wood beamed ceiling and a stone archway leading to the kitchen and dining area. Villa Electra has two bedrooms with air-conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed, access to the courtyard and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Exterior

A delightful partially shaded, sub-tropical, courtyard style garden adds to the charm of this property. French doors lead to the large, covered dining area overlooking the attractive swimming pool and sun terrace. This attractively shaped 8x4 metre pool is entered by ladder steps. A built-in barbecue finishes off an idyllic venue for al fresco dining in the long, warm hours of the wonderful Cypriot climate.

Amenities

This beautiful region with its breathtaking views over miles of picturesque valleys makes this a wonderful setting for a villa holiday. This area also provides a variety of road-side restaurants and taverns offering everything from traditional Greek food to international cuisine. The Goudi valley is located near the larger town of Polis, which offers an abundance of supermarkets, shops, bars. Following the coastline to the west lies the village of Latchi with its harbour and excellent fish restaurants. Small boats can be hired and vessels offering coastal excursions can also be found there. Diving and snorkelling are also available in Latchi. Just past the village of Latchi is the popular tourist attraction known as the baths of Aphrodite. The sporting and adventure facilities are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and sea fishing.

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change. The villa benefits from air conditioning which is an optional extra and payable locally.
