This modern villa has lovely sea views and is located in a lush, colourful garden surrounded by banana plantations and citrus groves. It is located in St George near the famous sea caves, a 15 minute walk to unspoilt cove beaches and 150 metres to the nearest restaurant. It is only 4km to the sought after resort of Coral Bay with its excellent amenities and large sand and shingle beach. The traditional and friendly village of Peyeia is 4 km from the villa.

Interior

This bright and airy two storey villa has been decorated to a high standard and offers air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. It has an attractive living room with patio doors, a stone feature fireplace and leather furnishings. It is open plan to a well equipped kitchen with a dining area and patio doors to the terrace overlooking the mature garden and pool. The luxurious sauna and Jacuzzi bath are on a lower floor and are accessed by an internal staircase. Villa Jocasta has two good sized bedrooms on the first floor with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors onto a balcony overlooking the pool. The second has twin beds and an en-suite shower room.

Exterior

Doors from the living room and kitchen lead onto the raised dining terrace which has patio furniture and a built-in, stone barbecue. It overlooks the mature garden and the sunbathing terrace surrounding the attractive 10x5 metre kidney shaped swimming pool which has roman steps. For larger parties there are three further excellent, adjacent villas, Villa Cyprienne, Allejandrina and Chloe, which are connected by gates within their gardens. They are each totally independent and set in their own, large grounds.

Amenities

St George is a charming, sleepy village with a few simple places to eat and a relaxed atmosphere. The large village of Peyeia is a 5 minute drive from the villa and offers a variety of supermarkets, taverns, bars, and restaurants. It is a good place to meet the friendly Cypriots in a traditional setting while dining on delicious mezes. A few minutes drive leads to the centre of Coral Bay with it's wealth of high quality amenities for discerning holiday makers. The sought after resort of Coral Bay has a large, sweeping beach with a beach bar, water sports and the resort has a good selection of restaurants, boutiques and shops. A drive into the hills leads you into beautiful countryside and delightful traditional villages where you can enjoy a meal among the wonderfully friendly locals in a tavern. A 25 minute drive past the Tombs of the Kings takes you into the lively town of Paphos which is rich in night life, shopping for treasures to take home and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change. The sauna, Jacuzzi and air-conditioning are available at an extra cost paid locally.
