These delightful villas are set in large, sub-tropical gardens, with views to the sea. They are located on the exclusive and uniquely beautiful resort of Aphrodite Hills, which is fifteen minutes drive from Paphos. Overlooking the turquoise Mediterranean, this 578-acre resort is a haven of luxurious leisure in a tranquil setting, while having easy access to bustling towns, resorts and enchanting villages. This development has been created for the sole purpose of offering the most luxurious and well planned facilities, leisure activities and accommodation in glorious surroundings. It offers a wealth of activities, including a spa and fitness centre, a tennis academy, an 18-hole golf course, horseback riding, a kids club and a choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Serviced by the 5-star Intercontinental Hotel, a beach club and restaurant is reached by an hourly, courtesy, shuttle bus and is located on a sandy beach nearby. Interior

These excellent, modern villas have been individually decorated to a very high standard and have air-conditioning throughout. Some are bungalow style as shown in the photographs and some are set on two floors. They are each privately owned and consequently the furnishings differ but all provide stylish, superior accommodation for a relaxing holiday. They have an open plan living room with a beautiful, high wooden ceiling, an elegant dining area and a very well-equipped, modern kitchen. Light beams in to these villas from every angle, through large patio doors, which lead into the garden and onto the terrace. Aphrodite Villas have two attractive bedrooms with wooden floors and built- in wardrobes and either an en-suite bathroom or shower room.
The villas each have a guest toilet. The air conditioning is available at an extra cost.

Exterior

These beautiful properties are set in extensive gardens, with colourful, sub-tropical plants and views over the undulating countryside to the sea. Each villa has its own private swimming pool with an outdoor shower. A comfortable seating area with tasteful outdoor furniture is placed on a shaded terrace and a patio dining table and chairs, together with a terrace kitchen and a barbecue, provide an idyllic location in which to enjoy long hours of al fresco dining and relaxation in the balmy Cypriot climate. The sound of birdsong and the wonderful aromas of the well maintained gardens and fruit trees fill the air during the long summer months.

It is very well positioned, only a 30 minute drive into the resort and town of Paphos, and forty minutes to the bustling city of Limassol, which hosts the largest carnival celebrations in Cyprus each March.
The delightful, traditionally styled Village Square forms the focal point of the resort. It provides excellent amenities, with a selection of restaurants and bars, shops, a pharmacy, an A.T.M, a mini-market, a flower shop and various boutiques. A superb addition to the already excellent facilities is a luxurious, five star Intercontinental Hotel which is located at the centre of the resort and offers a choice of excellent international and Mediterranean cuisine as well as theme nights.
The exclusive 18-hole, championship golf course and clubhouse are available to guests and measures 6,299 metres. For a change of scenery and challenges, the excellent, Secret Valley golf course is a 10 minute drive away. A fully equipped fitness centre allows you to improve or maintain your fitness level under specialist supervision. The Tennis Academy has four floodlit, championship standard hard courts, membership packages and professional instructors for all levels of ability. A large area is provided for a range of sports such as volleyball, basketball or mini-football. Pony rides are available for younger guests and there is horseback riding or lessons, in the adjacent forest. The Golf Academy has first class facilities, with a practice range, 3-hole academy course and professional tuition catering for golfers of all abilities, from the beginner to the experienced player. Mini-golf is available, with several lanes, including some for younger enthusiasts. The luxurious Retreat spa offers a haven of indulgence in serene surroundings. The resort is a 17 kilometres transfer distance from Paphos International airport.

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel and linen change. There is a 24-hour, resort security service and a reception and information centre. A refundable security and breakage deposit of €410 is payable locally and a selection of welcome packs can be ordered in advance, at the time of booking. For clients wanting an alternative to self catering, while enjoying the privacy and luxury of a private villa, half board and full English breakfasts can be arranged at a discount through reception. The air conditioning is an optional extra and is payable locally for an additional cost.

Car Requirements

A car is recommended although it is not essential due to the extensive facilities onsite. Taxis are available at the airport for transfer to the villa.
