Set in the traditional, rural village of Villa Verde this villa offers excellent accommodation for a relaxing holiday and has the benefit of a very large heated swimming pool. It is located within a two minute walk to the nearest restaurant and supermarket and has a good selection of bars and local cuisine within the village. The popular resort of Corralejo and the simpler village and lovely beaches of Cotillo are within a twelve minute drive. The villa has huge roof terrace which has distant views to the sea and neighbouring islands.The neighbouring three-bed Villa Tarajal can be booked together with this villa for larger group and families.

Interior

Villa Segovia is a two storey villa which is attractively and comfortably decorated to a very good standard. It has a bright and airy living room with patio doors to the terrace and pool and a formal dining area. There is a separate, very well-appointed kitchen with a granite breakfast bar and two stools. It has access to a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The villa has four bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with rural views. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms have twin beds and share a separate shower room. There are ceiling fans in three bedrooms and the living room. The villa has been equipped with radiators. For added convenience there is also a guest cloakroom.

Exterior

A charming feature of this property is the mural of a colourful, Canarian landscape on the wall adjacent to the swimming pool which faces the villa and adds a lot of local character. The large 10x5 metre swimming pool is electrically heated and is accessed by Roman steps. An extensive sunbathing terrace surrounds the pool and is furnished with sunbeds and two patio dining tables. This delightful al fresco dining area also benefits from a gas barbecue.

Amenities

Villa Verde is a traditional Canarian village just a ten to fifteen minute drive from the fabulous, world renowned, dune beaches at Corralejo. It is a similar distance to the fantastic, unspoilt, surfing beaches and delightful village of El Cotillo. On the other side of the village of El Cotillo are stunning, aquamarine, lagoon beaches, far from the main tourism of the island. The village of Villa Verde has several restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a bakery, a Pizzeria with WIFI and two small country hotels which serve excellent cuisine. The location is perfect for clients wanting a rural holiday, where the amenities of a resort and fantastic beaches are only a short drive away. Corralejo is the main resort in the North of Fuerteventura. It has a huge, water park, a market, and an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants. It is also the location of the world famous dune beaches which, as well as being stunning places to bathe, are also very popular with naturists, windsurfers and kite-surfers. The island’s two golf courses are a 30 minute drive away, in Caleta de Fuste. The transfer time from the airport is approximately 30 minutes.
