Located in an elevated position, on Monte Carvoeiro, it has breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding countryside. It is located in exclusive, Quinta do Sol within walking distance of Carvoeiro with its sandy, cove beach and selection of bars, restaurants and cafes. The town of Lagoa is only a five minute drive and the varied sporting facilities in the area include golf, boat excursions, tennis, horse riding, scuba diving and much more. With a maximum capacity of fifteen, this is the perfect property for large family groups wanting the privacy of a villa and the luxury of service.

Interior

This is a spectacular villa offering extremely, high quality and stylish accommodation on two floors. The extensive reception rooms have large, patio doors to a superb, covered terrace, overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. The very large, light, living room has several seating areas, a fireplace and a bar situated under the grand, sweeping staircase to the first floor. A spacious dining room is laid out with small, cosy tables which can be put together to create a large, dining table for bigger groups. There is an option to have this set each morning for breakfast when an excellent, varied menu can be served. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Villa Majestic has eight attractively decorated bedrooms with air-conditioning, televisions and safes. On the ground floor there are five, with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and all have either an en-suite bath or shower room. One of these bedrooms is within a suite, containing an additional, single bedroom suitable for a child. It is not necessary to pass through the adults’ room to access the single and it also has access to the bathroom. There is also a guest cloakroom with a toilet on this floor. The beautiful, master suite is on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms with twin beds, one of which has an enormous, private terrace with magnificent views over the garden to the sea. There is a full en-suite bathroom. The option exists to place twin beds together in all the bedrooms, creating double beds.
The staff live on site in a totally separate apartment with its own entrance. They are available to give extra service to guests and are happy to share their vast knowledge of the area and book excursions and restaurants. However they understand that many families desire privacy whilst on holiday and will accommodate this.

Exterior

This superb villa is set in fabulous, large and gated grounds. They are made up of a vast sun terrace, which is surrounded by sub-tropical gardens with citrus trees. The beautiful 10x5 metre swimming pool is entered by roman steps and has a poolside shower and the great advantage of a shallow, children’s pool for younger guests. A very big, covered, terrace overlooking the swimming pool provides a perfect venue for al fresco living and dining. It has patio furniture and can be romantically lit at night. The adjacent barbecue area is located in an attractive structure and adds to the marvellous, atmosphere for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. A roof terrace and large terraces on the first floor are perfect for sun bathing and offer idyllic locations from which to watch the famous Algarve sunsets. The breathtaking views extend from the Atlantic Ocean to the Benagil and Lagos countryside.

Amenities

This majestic villa is situated in a beautiful and exclusive resort within walking distance of the fishing village of Carvoeiro and its sandy beach cove. Carvoeiro has a good selection of bars, restaurants and open air cafes. The villa is a few minutes drive from the golden sand beaches that are easily accessible and many offer parking and BBQ facilities. The provincial town of Lagoa is only a ten minute drive with its large water theme park and a large supermarket can be found on the main road.
This villa is ideally located for exploring the Algarve and all of its attractions. Other resort towns are within easy reach with exciting attractions, for example Zoomarine, which is a twenty-five minute drive away.
The golf and other sporting facilities in the area are endless and also include boat excursions, tennis, horse riding, scuba diving and much more.

Services

There is a daily maid service, linen and towels are changed mid-week and for those staying longer than a week, twice weekly.
Air conditioning is available at an extra cost paid locally.
Buffet breakfast can also be ordered and is available for all members of the party and for the duration of your stay.
With a wealth of knowledge the friendly management can inform you of the large selection of bars, restaurants and cafes that are in the area and can reserve evening meals on your behalf.
An open bar is also available and is charged locally, and the owner gives a welcome drink on your first night.
A security deposit is required for each week booked.The villa benefits from air conditioning which is an optional extra and payable locally.
