This superior, modern, villa offers very spacious and attractive accommodation. It is located in Colina Carvoeiro, which is approximately 1.5 kilometres from the centre of Carvoeiro, its excellent amenities and the beautiful sandy beach. One of the worlds’ top 100 beaches at Praia do Marinha and the popular Aqua Park at Lagoa are only a ten minute drive from the villa. The famous David Leadbetter Golf Academy and the Pestana Golf Resort offer world class facilities and are located just three kilometres from the villa.

Interior

This new, two-storey villa is decorated to a very high standard and has a light and bright feel throughout. It has a living room with matching leather sofas and an adjacent, formal dining area. This large, airy room has two sets of patio doors leading to the dining terrace and swimming pool. A large, well designed kitchen offers good facilities for a self-catering holiday and there is a utility room with a washing machine and clothes drying facilities. Villa Oliveiras has four good-sized bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and televisions. One, with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and patio doors to furnished balconies. One has an en-suite bathroom, the other an en-suite shower room. A further bedroom with twin beds has a balcony and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest cloakroom and toilet on the ground floor. The villa benefits from electric shutters throughout and air-conditioning is available at an extra cost.

Exterior

A covered terrace outside the living room makes a pleasant venue for al fresco dining away from the full heat of the sun. It overlooks the attractive 9x5 metre swimming pool which is entered by roman steps and can be heated at an extra cost. The surrounding, extensive sun terrace has sunloungers and provides ample space for soaking up many hours of warm sunshine. From the upper terraces there are views over the Monchique Mountains and the sea.

Amenities

Villa Oliveiras is well positioned in the popular resort of Colina Carvoeiro. The surrounding countryside is a beautiful area of citrus groves and vineyards. It is ideally located for exploring the beautiful Algarve and it is only a fifteen minute walk downhill to two beautiful, sandy beaches. A similar distance takes you to the cosmopolitan, village of Carvoeiro with a picturesque cove beach, bars and restaurants, offering traditional and international cuisine. With a supermarket, pharmacy, shops and banks, guests have everything on their doorstep. The nearby, bustling town of Portimao has a marina with a variety of excursions, including boat rentals, scuba-diving, jet-skiing, dolphin and whale spotting. The nearby, small village of Guia has a superb Zoo-Marine park with shows and the opportunity to swim with dolphins. It is approximately a thirty minute drive to the top-class resort of Villamoura with a marina, golf courses, a casino and broad, sandy beaches.

Services

There is a mid week towel change and for guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly maid and linen change.The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost, please contact Premier Holidays for cost which is paid locally. Air conditioning is included between the dates of 6th June and 6th September. Outside of these months the air conditioning is extra and charged locally. For guests arriving after 10 p.m. there is a €25 charge to be paid locally.
