This excellent, single storey villa is set in a colourful, sub-tropical garden and offers a relaxing atmosphere for a holiday in the sun. The nearby, charming, village of Guia has traditional restaurants, bars and cafes in a typical Algarve setting. Some of the areas best known attractions and activities, including Zoomarine Park, are only a short drive away and Albuferia with its beautiful beach and superb amenities is a twenty minute drive.Villas Almendoeiras, Belmira and Micaelao are situated close by for larger groups or families wishing to holiday together.

Interior

Villa Liliana has a spacious and well decorated living and dining room with a wood burning fireplace and patio doors leading to the terrace. The separate, modern kitchen has good quality appliances, a breakfast bar and access to a utility area. There are three, good sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms have twin beds, one has an en-suite bathroom and the other has access to a shower room. This villa can accommodate 6 people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under the age of 12 on a fold-a-way bed.

Exterior

A barbecue and a covered terrace with patio furniture provide an idyllic setting for al fresco dining, while overlooking the sparkling pool. Further shade from the hot sun is available by using a retractable awning and there are steps leading down to an extensive, sunbathing terrace and the garden. The beautiful 10 x 5 metre swimming pool is entered by integral steps and arrangements can be made for heating it during the cooler months at an extra cost.

Amenities

Villa Liliana is located within the desirable development of Qunita dos Alamos. It is a ten minute walk to the small village of Guia, which has traditional restaurants, bars and cafes. The superb Zoo-Marine Park, which hosts shows and offers the opportunity to swim with dolphins, is only a five minute drive. It is a ten minute drive to the large Algarve Shopping Centre, which has a huge range of shops and amenities. The villa is ideally located for exploring the beautiful Algarve and it is only six kilometres from the popular coastal resort of Albufeira, with sandy beaches and a wide variety of tourist attractions.

Services

There is a maid service three days a week with a mid week towel change. For guests staying longer there is also a weekly linen change. The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost, please contact Premier Holidays to book in advance of your arrival.
