This excellent, high quality villa is set in a gated property with beautiful, mature gardens and lemon trees. It is superb, residential location within a five minute walk of the extremely, exclusive resort of Quinta do Lago. Here visitors can enjoy an excellent choice of designer boutiques, trendy restaurants and bars offering a sophisticated atmosphere.

Interior

Stylishly decorated, this charming, spacious villa offers superior accommodation for a relaxing holiday. Set on one floor, it is bright and airy throughout, with the benefit of many patio doors leading to the lovely garden. The living room has a dining area, a wood burning fireplace and patio doors to the swimming pool and there is a separate, modern, fully fitted kitchen. Casa Elvira has three large and attractive bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, patio doors to the garden and en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a double bed, patio doors and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest cloakroom and toilet. This villa benefits from air-conditioning which is available at an extra cost.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead to a covered terrace with a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen. This makes a perfect setting for relaxing meals in the warm, Portuguese climate and overlooks the beautiful, 7x3.5 metre salt water swimming pool. It is entered by wide roman steps and is surrounded by a furnished, sunbathing terrace. A lush, green and mature garden provides welcome shade. The villa also benefits from a roof terrace, accessed by external steps.

Amenities

The villa is located on the exclusive and prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago. The resort is situated on spectacular coastline and set in a glorious pine forest. Visitors can enjoy an excellent choice of designer boutiques, trendy restaurants and bars offering a sophisticated atmosphere. Less than a ten minute drive away are the prestigious resorts of Dunas Dourada and Vale do Lobo. Between them they have two superb 18-hole golf courses, a Tennis Academy and a wide choice of beach bars and cafes, offering traditional and international mouth-watering cuisine. The golden sand beaches of the resorts are bordered by red sandstone cliffs and are lapped by the aquamarine waters of the Atlantic Ocean. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the exclusive resort of Vilamoura and its picturesque marina with pavement cafes, bars, designer boutiques and international restaurants. A variety of marine excursions leave from here, including big game fishing, charter yachts and dolphin spotting. A twenty-five minute drive inland takes you to the small village of Guia, famous for its spectacular Zoo-Marine park with shows featuring parrots, sea lions and dolphins. There is even the opportunity to swim with the dolphins.

Services

There is a daily maid service 6 days a week. There is a mid week towel change and for clients staying longer than one week there is a weekly linen change. A telephone is available and charges are paid locally. The pool can be electrically heated as an optional extra and should be pre-booked at the time of reserving your villa.
Clients are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £200 in cash to the local manager upon arrival.
