Villa Ines is one of two elegant apartments, each with its own private swimming pool. It occupies the first floor of a townhouse and has breathtaking sea views from a spacious dining terrace. It is located in the highly sought after golfing resort of Vale do Lobo, only a few minutes walk to a superb, golden beach and the exclusive resort of Vilamoura is a fifteen minute drive from the property.
InteriorThis superior first floor apartment is stylishly decorated to a very high standard. The spacious, stylishly furnished living room has a dining area and is infused with light from the double patio doors leading to the dining terrace. The open plan kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering holiday and has sea views. Villa Ines has two attractive bedrooms with air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has twin beds placed together and an en-suite bathroom with an overhead shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and access to a separate bathroom.
ExteriorThe covered terrace outside the living room provides a superb venue for al fresco relaxation, while enjoying the spectacular views and watching the sunset. Steps lead down from the terrace to the private garden and the 8x3 meter swimming pool which is accessed by ladder steps. It is surrounded by a sun terrace with a barbecue and a shaded dining area. For larger groups Apartment Inai is on the ground floor and also benefits from a private swimming pool at the other side of the house.
AmenitiesThis villa is located in the beautiful and exclusive resort of Vale do Lobo. It is within a five minute walk to the beach, cafes, bars and restaurants offering traditional and international, mouth-watering cuisine. The seemingly endless, golden sand beach leads to the neighbouring resorts of Quinta do Lago and Quarteira. It is bordered by red sandstone cliffs and the gently lapping aquamarine waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Vale do Lobo has much to offer with miles of world class golf courses and a well-known tennis school for sports enthusiasts. Beautifully manicured gardens and parkland provide an idyllic setting for peaceful walks or relaxing by the side of a lake with its spectacular fountain. A fifteen minute drive from the apartment takes you to the stunning resort of Vilamoura with its exclusive and sophisticated marina. It is lined with an abundant choice of pavement cafes, international restaurants and bars, as well as fabulous, designer boutiques. Excellent marine excursions leave from here such as big game fishing, charter yachts and dolphin spotting.
ServicesThere is a daily maid service six days a week. There is a mid week towel change and for clients staying longer than one week there is a weekly linen change.
Clients are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £200 in cash to the local manager upon arrival.
Car RequirementsA car is recommended but not essential. The nearest supermarket requires a car but there are readily available taxis in the area.
