This superb, modern villa is located in the popular resort of Lagos. It is situated in a residential area, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The town centre, stylish marina, beautiful beach and a host of amenities are all just a ten minute drive.

Interior

This wonderful villa is light and airy throughout. The living room has a feature fireplace, a formal dining area and patio doors leading to a covered terrace. The separate, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has patio doors leading to a terrace. Villa Vista Monchique has three delightful bedrooms. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, it has twin beds and access to a family bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the rooms has a double bed and two sets of patio doors leading to a private balcony. The other bedroom has twin beds and both rooms share a family bathroom with a corner bath. There is a stairway from the ground floor to a separate utility area on the lower ground floor.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead out to a covered terrace with patio dining furniture and a barbecue area. A couple of steps lead down to the large sun bathing terrace, surrounding the swimming pool, which measures 8 x 4.5 metres and can be entered by both integral and ladder steps. The villa has a well maintained, sub-tropical garden area and magnificent views of the surrounding countryside.

Amenities

Villa Vista Monchique is in an ideal location, just a ten minute drive to everything that the resort of Lagos has to offer. The beautiful blue flag Meia Praia beach, which is the most popular beach in the area and is over 4km long. It offers a number of activities, including parasailing, windsurfing and waterskiing. The stylish marina has a choice of cafes and offers boat excursions, such as the ‘Dolphin Seafari’ or the ‘Grotto Tour’ with local fisherman giving a guided tour of the caves, cliffs and coves that surround the area. Lagos town centre has a superb selection of restaurants, shops and bars and in the old town there are many historical sites and intricate architecture.
