This excellent villa is set in mature gardens and has views to the sea. It is located next to a banana plantation, between the sought after resort of Coral Bay and the traditional village of Peyeia. The beautiful Coral Bay beach is only a 7 minute drive and it is 15 minutes to the old harbour area of Paphos.

Interior

This attractive, single-storey villa has been decorated to a high standard. It has a well furnished, spacious, open plan living and dining room, with high ceilings and patio doors to the mature garden and pool. An archway leads to the modern and well-equipped kitchen which has a breakfast table and access to a utility room. There is a guest cloakroom and toilet. Villa Lorelei has four bedrooms, one with patio doors to the swimming pool. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and one with a double bed which all have en-suite shower rooms.

Exterior

A private driveway leads to this superior property which is set in a garden with mature trees. Doors in the living room lead onto a raised dining terrace which has views towards Coral Bay and the sea. An extensive, sun terrace surrounds the beautiful 10x4.5 metre swimming pool which is entered by roman steps. At the side of the villa there is a wooden pergola over a second dining area for al fresco meals and relaxing, in the warm Cypriot climate.

Amenities

The nearby, traditional, Cypriot village of Peyeia is a short drive away and has coffee shops and taverns where you can enjoy the friendly company of the locals. The villa is within a seven minute drive to Coral Bay with its’ wealth of high quality amenities for discerning holiday makers. The lovely bay has a large, sweeping beach with a beach bar, water sports and the resort itself has a good selection of restaurants and shops. It is a twenty minute drive to the centre of Paphos, which is rich in night life, shopping and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.

Services

There is a mid week towel change and for guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service. Air-conditioning is available at an extra charge, paid locally.
