These superb villas are located in an unbeatable position overlooking the azure waters of the Atlantic. They offer a dream holiday destination in which to relax whilst enjoying the activities of one of the worlds most sophisticated marinas. A two minute stroll along a lit maritime promenade leads to a wide choice of restaurants offering international and local cuisine, a selection of excellent marine excursions, boat charters and big game fishing. It is only a few minutes drive or a water taxi ride to the resort of Puerto del Carmen with its miles of glorious golden beaches. From the terraces of these high quality villas you can enjoy the sounds of softly lapping waves, unbeatable sunsets and endless hours of watching the passing luxury yachts. The villas are air-conditioned or heated throughout and there is twenty-four hour security. ADSL access via LAN cable has been installed for guests convenience while on holiday.
InteriorAt the sea’s edge and in exclusive surroundings these modern, semi-detached villas offer a unique venue for an unforgettable holiday. They are elegantly furnished to a very high standard and have the most breathtaking sea views on the island. The stylish living rooms have a formal dining area and large patio doors leading onto the pool terrace. They have a well-equipped kitchen with access to a laundry patio. Villas Vista Magnifica each have three bedrooms with air-conditioning and double beds which consist of two singles placed together. Two are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and patio doors onto a furnished, private terrace with breathtaking sea views. The second bedroom has access to a shower room and the third bedroom is on a lower level with an en-suite shower room. The sound system in the living room is wired to speakers throughout the villa, including the bedrooms. The villa will accommodate 6 people in the bedrooms and a further child under 12 years of age on a fold-a-way bed.
ExteriorThe terrace outside the living room has a salt water swimming pool with ladder steps and a surrounding sun terrace. This idyllic venue is perfect for al fresco dining, enjoying the famously spectacular sunsets, seasonal dolphin and pilot whale spotting or just enjoying the panoramic views of endless blue sea. The upper terrace outside the master bedroom has a patio table and chairs. A short path to the side of the villas leads to the promenade into the marina.
AmenitiesPuerto Calero is the first and most famous marina on Lanzarote. It was designed and built to attract the worlds most glamorous super yachts and offers an accordingly sophisticated atmosphere. Many exclusive regattas are hosted here and attract members of the Spanish royal family along with famous sports people. A variety of restaurants are located along the waterfront with charming views of the hustle and bustle of the marina. Shops and a supermarket are on site and there ample taxis to whisk clients off to other island attractions. The Canarian Cetacean Museum, the only dolphin and whale museum in Spain, offers a unique opportunity to learn about these fascinating creatures, their sounds and habits through over two hundred exhibits. A selection of excellent excursions leave from the marina. They include a submarine diving adventure, catamaran sailing, big game fishing and the possibility of chartering yachts and luxury cruisers. Alternatively a water taxi or bus service links the area with the main resort of Puerto del Carmen, clients with cars can drive there in under five minutes. The resort is home to five kilometers of spectacular, golden beaches. Puerto Calero is a fifteen minute transfer from the airport.
ServicesFor guests staying longer than 7 nights there is a weekly maid service. Each villa has a private garage or off road parking .There is twenty-four hour security throughout the marina and a variety of extra services can be arranged. Barbecues can be arranged on request.
