This exquisite five bedroom villa is located in the unspoilt village of Argaka, close to numerous beaches. It is a five minute drive to the charming town of Polis which has excellent amenities, restaurants and a beautiful beach.

Interior

This beautiful, two storey villa is extremely spacious and airy. A split level, elegantly furnished living room has ample seating for large groups. The hall area has a computer with internet access. There is a dining room with double aspect patio doors leading to a covered terrace and a large well-appointed kitchen. The villa has five, well furnished and good sized bedrooms all with double beds and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom with four poster bed is on the first floor and has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi shower and a large balcony with fabulous sea views. Three further bedrooms are also on the first floor, all have en-suite shower or bathrooms and ample wardrobe space. The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor. The villa can accommodate ten people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under the age of twelve on a fold-a-way bed. Villa Sfakia has air conditioning throughout which is included in the villa rental cost. The villa also benefits from dial up internet access which is incurrs an extra charge, payable locally.

Exterior

Doors in the living room lead out to an upper terrace. Doors from the dining room lead to a covered and furnished part of the upper terrace. Steps lead down to the beautiful 12 x 6 metre swimming pool with ladder step entry. There is a small children’s pool and surrounding sun terrace. There is a sheltered barbeque and kitchen/bar area that provides an idyllic setting for al fresco wining and dining in the marvellous Cypriot climate. Surrounding the spacious sun terrace are attractive sub-tropical shrubs with marvellous distant sea views at the end.

Amenities

Villa Sfakia is situated on the outskirts of the small village of Argaka. This beautiful region, with its breathtaking views and miles and miles of picturesque coastline provides a wonderful setting for a villa holiday. It is adjacent to the Akamas Peninsular where a spectacular variety of local wildlife can be found. This area has many traditional road side restaurants and taverns, offering everything from delicious local specialities to international cuisine. Argaka is located near the coastal resort of Polis, which is a charming and active town, perfect for people seeking the smaller tourist areas on the island. It has a picturesque square full of lively Cypriot bars and restaurants, with a few shops in between. The fishing village of Latchi is next to Polis. It has a long beach, a small harbour and a large choice of traditional fish restaurants dotted along the sea front. From the harbour, a variety of coastal excursions can be booked, including small boat hire for fishing trips. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include diving, snorkelling, exciting jeep safaris and balloon flights. The Baths of Aphrodite are among many famous tourist attractions in the area and a drive to the Troodos mountains provides a beautiful and fascinating spectacle of Cyprus.
