This impressive, luxurious villa is located on a small exclusive development in attractive landscaped gardens. It is superbly located only three kilometres from Larnaca and a few minutes drive to the marina or the miles and miles of sandy beaches stretching from Larnaca to Agia Napa. The local village of Oroklini is just a four minute walk from the villa with good amenities including local produce, taverns, a bank and tennis courts.

Interior

This detached, beautiful and modern villa offers excellent holiday accommodation on two floors. It has been designed and decorated to an extremely high standard and is unusually spacious, light and airy. It has a living room and a morning room each with its own television and DVD player, dining area and several patio doors leading out to the swimming pool and garden. The modern kitchen is very well equipped for a self catering holiday. Villa Pashalia has four large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a private terrace with distant sea and mountain views. There are three further bedrooms one with a double bed and two with twin beds, which share a family bathroom. Two further children under twelve years of age can be accommodated on foldaway beds. The villa has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms as well as the living room.

Exterior

The garden is south facing enjoying all day sunshine and provides a tranquil and relaxing environment for a memorable holiday in the glorious Cypriot climate. The private 8x4.5 metre swimming pool is entered by ladder steps, has a poolside shower and is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds and parasols. A covered and furnished dining terrace together with a poolside barbecue provide an idyllic venue for al fresco dining.

Amenities

The villa is located in a serene and residential environment most suitable for families. It is free from heavy traffic and noisy nightclubs although these are close enough for a night out and the area has an abundance of restaurants and taverns. Approximately 1.5 kilometres from the property you will find miles and miles of superb sandy beaches where you will find watersports and other beach activities, stretching from Larnaca to Agia Napa which is a fifteen minute drive away. A drive along the beach takes you to "Faros" famous for its lighthouse. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty, popular with walkers and located only five kilometres away are the famous salt lakes, which are the sanctuary of flamingos, swans and other migrating birds. Ten minutes away from the villa is Larnaca town centre which is excellent for shopping with the bustling activity of a colourful market selling local crafts, leather, fresh produce and souvenirs or the sophisticated shopping centres in the town centre, including traditional Greek restaurants. The ancient city of Nicosia is a thirty minute drive.

Services

There is a weekly maid service. Air-conditioning is included in the weekly rental and the owners have provided towels for the pool area. A food welcome pack awaits guests’ arrival and the English speaking management are on 24 hour call. A £250 refundable breakage and security deposit is required for this villa and payable locally upon arrival.
