With superb views over Cala Vadella beach and the azure waters of the sea this traditional style villa retains many original features and offers comfortable accommodation in a rustic Spanish atmosphere. In an elevated hillside position and with a private pool, Can Bornat is only 300m from the beach and a selection of restaurants and bars.

Interior

This beautiful, three storey villa has been elegantly decorated and designed to retain much local charm. The lovely, wooden ceilings add a great deal of warmth to this spacious villa and there are excellent views from most of the rooms. It has a stylish living room with a fireplace and patio doors to the terrace. The adjacent dining room also has terrace access and is open plan to a very modern and well fitted kitchen. Can Bornat has four very attractive and comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with private balconies and excellent views to the sea. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with twin beds, a private balcony and a separate shower room. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level and has twin beds and access to a separate shower room. The villa has air conditioning in the living and dining areas and in the ground and first floor bedrooms which is included in the villa price.

Exterior

Terraces and small garden areas on several levels provide panoramic views of the beach below. The covered terrace outside the living room has a comfortable seating area, a dining table with four chairs and a brick barbecue, making it an idyllic venue for al fresco entertaining and relaxing. The private 8 x 4m swimming pool is in a spectacular, elevated position and has roman steps, an outdoor shower and is surrounded by an extensive sun terrace.

Can Bornat is located just 300m from the resort of Cala Vadella.

Cala Vadella is a beautiful little fishing village on the west coast of Ibiza and is an excellent spot in which to enjoy the lovely Ibiza climate. It is very popular with families due to the extremely sheltered nature of the bay, the wide sandy beach and its shallow waters. Lining the beach is a selection of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets and on the beach itself you’ll find diving schools, pedaloes, banana boats and sunbeds for hire. There can be a lively night-scene in some of the bars, and the sunsets are particularly beautiful. The village of San Jose, 8km from Cala Vadella, is the nearest inland village where you’ll also find several excellent local restaurants, tapas bars, trendy boutiques and shops which surround the church in the centre as well as a pharmacy and a bank. Cosmopolitan Ibiza Town is approximately 23km away, where traditional shops sit alongside more sophisticated boutiques and where holidaymakers can rub shoulders with celebrities.

Services

For clients staying longer than one week there is a weekly maid service. A refundable security deposit of 1200€ is required upon arrival, payable to the local manager.

Car Requirements

Car hire is considered essential for this property, however, directions are given to the local managers' office in Ibiza Town to collect keys and pay the securty deposit between 09:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours please contact us for other arrangements. Please note that there is an additional late check in fee of 50€ payable locally.
