Set in lovely grounds, with a large swimming pool, this spacious villa offers tranquil surroundings for memorable, relaxing holiday. It is in an excellent location just minutes from the village of San Jose and ideally situated to allow you to drive short distances to the many beautiful beaches located on this side of the island.

Interior

This single storey villa offers comfortable and spacious accommodation and is decorated in a simple Spanish style. It has a good sized living room with an archway to the dining room and doors to the covered terrace. There is a fully fitted kitchen which offers everything necessary for a self catering holiday. Sa Talaia has three bedrooms all equipped with ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two further twin bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Exterior

An al fresco dining area with a built in barbecue has excellent views over the surrounding countryside where vines, fig trees, olive tree and vegetables are still cultivated. It also overlooks the mature, treed garden and the beautiful 9 x4.5 metre swimming pool with roman steps. This is surrounded by an extensive sun terrace with sun beds and patio furniture.

Amenities

Villa Sa Talaia is located in the countryside a couple of minutes drive outside the village of San Jose. Surrounded by rolling hills and pine clad valleys, San Jose offers a peaceful retreat from which to enjoy the lovely Ibithenco climate. In San Jose village itself there are several excellent local restaurants, tapas bars, local supermarket, trendy boutiques and shops which surround the church in the centre as well as a pharmacy and a bank. Just 9 kilometres to the west will bring you to one of the many family friendly beaches in pretty bays for which Ibiza is famous; Cala Vadella. A little further away are the slightly trendier beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta, which offer water sport activities and have a beach restaurants. The ultra chic Las Salinas and the clothing optional Es Cavallet beaches are also just 20 minutes drive from the villa. Cosmopolitan Ibiza Town is approximately 20 kilometres away where traditional shops sit alongside more sophisticated boutiques and where holidaymakers can rub shoulders with celebrities.

Services

For guests staying longer then seven nights there is a weekly maid service. A refundable security deposit of 600 Euros is required upon arrival.

Car Requirements

Car hire is considered essential for this property. Directions are given to the local managers' office in Ibiza Town to collect keys between 09:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours please refer to arrival instructions or contact us for other arrangements.
