This beautiful, traditional farmhouse with superb views has been restored to retain its original charm. It offers a relaxing holiday in a tranquil and calm location with the convenience of Ibiza town being only 15 minutes drive from the property.

Interior

This marvellous 330 year old house has been restored and decorated to a very high standard and offers a memorable country atmosphere. It has a comfortable living room with a fireplace, patio doors to the terrace and an archway to the dining room. There is a large, separate kitchen, which is well equipped and has direct access to the garden. Sa Finca has four bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor. It has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom as well as it’s own furnished covered terrace. Adjacent to this and accessed through the master bedroom is a single bedroom. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. Another room is set on two floors with a sofa bed and bathroom on the lower level. This room can be used a small lounge or as a bedroom and has access to the garden. The upper level is reached by a spiral staircase and has a double bed. All the double bedrooms can be made up as doubles or as single beds if advised in advance. The property is air-conditioned throughout which is included in the villa price.

Exterior

Colourful and lush gardens surround this lovely farmhouse, offering unique tranquillity and beautiful views. The living room opens onto a substantial, covered porch on which there is a comfortable seating area, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue. These overlook the 10x5 metre swimming pool which is entered by roman steps and is surrounded by an extensive sun terrace. There is a cushioned chill out area perfect for afternoon siestas or evening chats with friend or family. From all the outside areas you can enjoy panoramic views of the countryside to the sea, while al fresco dining under the stars, or under the shade of a pergola.

Amenities

Sa Finca is located in the countryside a couple of minutes drive outside the village of San Jose. Surrounded by rolling hills and pine clad valleys, San Jose offers a peaceful retreat from which to enjoy the lovely Ibithenco climate. In San Jose village itself there are several excellent local restaurants, tapas bars, local supermarket, trendy boutiques and shops which surround the church in the centre as well as a pharmacy and a bank. Just 9 kilometres to the west will bring you to one of the many family friendly beaches in pretty bays for which Ibiza is famous; Cala Vadella. A little further away are the slightly trendier beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta, which offer water sport activities and have a beach restaurants. The ultra chic Las Salinas and the clothing optional Es Cavallet beaches are also just 20 minutes drive from the villa. Cosmopolitan Ibiza Town is approximately 10 kilometres away where traditional shops sit alongside more sophisticated boutiques and where holidaymakers can rub shoulders with celebrities.
