This 17th century, two-storey farmhouse with private pool and superb mountain views has been sympathetically restored to retain its original charm whilst offering all the comforts of modern living. Sa Finca offers a relaxing holiday in a tranquil location, just outside of San Jose with the shops, beaches and vibrant nightlife of Ibiza Town only a 15 minute drive away.

Interior

This charming farmhouse has been restored and decorated with great care to reflect the history and character of the original building and its rustic charms are sure to provide an ideal ambience for some special holiday memories. The comfortable living room has an open fireplace, double patio doors onto the terrace and an archway to the dining room. There is a large, separate kitchen, which is well equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a self-catering villa holiday and which has a breakfasting table seating six and direct access to the garden. Sa Finca has four bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor. It has a double bed, an en suite bathroom and a private, furnished, covered terrace. Adjacent to this, and accessed through the master bedroom, is a single bedroom. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Another room is set across two floors and has a sofabed and a bathroom on the lower level. This room can be used a small lounge or as a bedroom and has access to the garden. The upper level is reached by a spiral staircase and has a double bed. All the double bedrooms can be made up as doubles or as twin beds if advised in advance. Sa Finca is air conditioned throughout which is included in the villa price.

Exterior

Colourful and lush gardens surround this lovely farmhouse, offering tranquillity, seclusion and beautiful views. The living room opens onto a substantial, covered porch on which there is a comfortable seating area, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue. These overlook the private, 10 x 5m swimming pool which is entered by roman steps and is surrounded by an extensive sun terrace. There is a cushioned chill out area perfect for afternoon siestas or evening chats with friend or family. From all the outside areas you can enjoy panoramic views of the countryside to the sea, while al fresco dining under the stars, or under the shade of a pergola.

Amenities

Sa Finca is located in the countryside a couple of minutes drive outside the village of San Jose. Surrounded by rolling hills and pine clad valleys, San Jose offers a peaceful retreat from which to enjoy the lovely Ibizan climate. In San Jose village itself there are several excellent local restaurants, tapas bars, a local supermarket, trendy boutiques and shops which surround the church in the centre as well as a pharmacy and a bank. Just 9km to the west will bring you to Cala Vadella, one of the many family friendly beaches in pretty bays for which Ibiza is famous. A little further away are the busier beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta, which offer water sport activities and have a beach restaurants. The ultra chic Las Salinas and the Es Cavallet (clothing optiona) beaches are also just 20 minutes drive from the villa. Cosmopolitan Ibiza Town is approximately 10km away, where traditional shops sit alongside more sophisticated boutiques and where holidaymakers can rub shoulders with celebrities.

A refundable security deposit of 800 Euros is required upon arrival, payable to the local manager.

Car Requirements

Car hire is considered essential for this property. Directions are given to the local managers' office in Ibiza Town to collect keys between 09:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours please contact us for other arrangements. There is an additonal late check in fee of 50€ to be paid locally.
