This lovely villa is situated in a large corner plot and has a beautifully landscaped garden. It is located in a pleasant residential area in the sought after resort of Coral Bay with its many bars, restaurants and sandy beaches only 1.5 kilometres away. The lively resort of Paphos with its charming picturesque harbour area is only a ten minute drive along the coast. For larger groups or families Villas Cassiopia and Alicia are nearby.
InteriorVilla Alyna is a light and airy two storey villa which has been well decorated and comfortably furnished. It has an attractive open plan living room, a dining area with patio doors to the terrace and a well-equipped kitchen. Villa Alyna’s three bedrooms are located on the first floor and each room has patio doors leading to the balcony at the front of the villa. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room. The two remaining bedrooms have twin beds and share a family bathroom.
ExteriorPatio doors from the villa lead onto a covered dining terrace, which together with a barbecue provides a lovely venue for al fresco dining in the glorious Cypriot climate. The sunbathing terrace surrounds the 10 x 5m swimming pool, which is entered via ladder steps. The first floor balcony is accessed via patio doors from each bedroom and has a table and chairs, offering the perfect spot to take in the sea views and beautiful sunsets.
AmenitiesThe villa is a fifteen to twenty minute walk from the centre of Coral Bay which has a large, sweeping beach with a beach bar, several water sports facilities and a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearby, traditional, Cypriot village of Peyeia has coffee shops and taverns where you can enjoy the friendly company of the locals and there are supermarkets and shops in the area. Nearby, set in large, unspoilt parkland voted No 1 tourist attraction in 2005 is the unique Bird and Animal Park. Close by is the charming village of Agios Georgios (St Georges) well known for its famous caves. There are excellent restaurants in this area which overlook breathtaking scenery. A drive into the hills takes you into beautiful countryside and delightful traditional villages where you can enjoy a meal among the wonderfully friendly locals in a tavern. A fifteen minute drive past the Tombs of the Kings takes you into the lively town of Paphos which is rich in night life, shopping for treasures to take home and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the fabulous Aphrodite Waterpark is superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.
ServicesFor guests staying longer than 7 nights, there is a weekly maid service with a towel and linen change. Air conditioning is throughout and included in the cost of the villa.
Car RequirementsA car is not essential for this villa due to its location within walking distance to the centre of Coral Bay and all it amenities. There is also a regular bus service which runs between Paphos and Coral Bay.
