This elegant, townhouse is located opposite the Vale do Lobo tennis centre and is only two kilometres from the beach and adjacent, trendy bars and cafes. It is a ten-minute drive to the exclusive resort of Quinta do Lago where there is an excellent choice of designer boutiques, restaurants and bars offering a lively and sophisticated atmosphere. The villa is air-conditioned throughout.

Interior

This superior, two storey, house has been stylishly decorated and provides comfortable and light accommodation. It has an attractive, raised, living room which overlooks the dining area and has patio doors to the terrace. There is a modern kitchen which is very well-equipped for a self-catering holiday. Villa Benedita has three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite shower room is on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and another with twin beds which share a separate bathroom. The twin room has doors to a small furnished balcony.

Exterior

Patio doors lead from the living room to a partially covered dining terrace and a sunbathing area. This surrounds the 5 x 3m kidney shaped swimming pool which is accessed by ladder steps . From this attractive terrace there are views over the beautifully maintained, communal gardens with a pond. A gate leads from the terrace into this attractive, landscaped area and it exudes a feeling of exclusivity. There is also a furnished roof terrace. Opposite the front of the house is the well-known Tennis Academy where guests can book lessons on one of their twelve, multi surface courts.

This delightful villa is located on the exclusive and prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo. The resort is situated on spectacular coastline and set in a glorious pine forest with two superb 18-hole golf courses, the Ocean and the Royal. The Tennis Academy opposite Casa Flavia has first class facilities and offers tennis lessons for all levels. Vale do Lobo has fantastic beach bars and cafes, offering traditional and international cuisine. The golden sand beach is bordered by red sandstone cliffs and gently lapped by the aquamarine waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Less than a ten minute drive away is the extremely exclusive, resort of Quinta do Lago with its sophisticated atmosphere. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the exclusive resort of Vilamoura and its picturesque marina and a variety of marine excursions, including big game fishing, charter yachts and dolphin spotting. A twenty-five minute drive inland takes you to the small village of Guia, famous for its spectacular Zoo-marine park where there is the opportunity to swim with the dolphins.

For clients staying longer than 7 nights there is a weekly maid service including towel and linen change. The villa has air conditioning which is included in the price.
