These superb, three bedroom, three storey townhouses are in an unsurpassable beach side location on the best beach in the area. They share two large communal pools is set amongst some of the most beautiful tropical gardens on the Costa del Sol, the development having won prizes for the varied array of plant life, landscaping and excellent standard of maintenance. Located between two five star hotels, Dominion Beach is just five minutes drive from Estepona and San Pedro.

Interior

These excellent, bright and spacious townhouses have been stylishly decorated to a high standard and has air conditioning. On the ground floor is a large living and dining area with patio doors that lead to a terrace with barbeque. The separate kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday and attached is an independent utility room. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one double room with ensuite and a twin room with ensuite. Access to a roof terrace is via an attractive open domed gallery up a staircase from the bedroom level. On a lower level is a bedsitting room with two sofa beds. There is also a separate twin room. These share a shower room and a toilet. There is also a guest cloakroom with toilet on the ground floor. Photos shown are of number 195 but all the townhouses are furnished in a similar style.

Exterior

These stylish townhouses have patio doors leading onto a large terrace which overlooks the lush tropical gardens and offers ample room for alfresco dining and sunbathing. One communal swimming pool is set in lush tropical gardens and the other is by the side of the beach and next to the beach bar. There is a beautiful on-site beach bar and restaurant that offers a good selection of meals and snacks while enjoying the spectacular views of Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains of Africa. An informal dress code applies in the evenings and there is sometimes live music. A few metres away on the beach is a typical Chiringuito beach bar with sun beds to hire. Please note that the Chiringuto beach bars are normally only open during the sumer months.

Amenities

Dominion Beach is situated directly on Castor beach which is conveniently located seven kilometres from Estepona between two, five star, grand luxury hotels. This is an exceptionally well maintained complex of superb quality, set in beautiful tropical gardens with a lovely pool area and promenade. The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Estapona, a lovely town which has a beautiful marina with a variety of international restaurants and bars. This is a working fishing port that has daily auctions for a choice of fresh seafood. There is also a weekly Sunday market held in the port. Wiithin walking distance is the Laguna Village which is a Balinese stye beach side shopping area with cafes, restaurants, small boutiques and an exclusive pool club. A twenty minute drive from Estapona is the Selwo Safari Park, where over two thousand animals can be seen living in semi-wild conditions. There are a large number of golf courses within the vicinity and the area is linked to the fabulous Puerto Banus, which offers an abundance of designer boutiques, restaurants and nightlife.

Services

For guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly clean and a mid week towel and linen change. A welcome pack is provided for guests on arrival. The complex has a 24 hour Security Guard. A refundable security deposit of 400 euros is required upon arrival.
