Set in breathtaking scenery, this superb villa offers high quality accommodation for a memorable and relaxing holiday. Newly built, in traditional Mallorcan style, it has a large, colourful garden with expansive views over the surrounding countryside, adjacent forest and distant mountains. This lovely property offers an idyllic haven in which to unwind, whilst being well-situated only 2.5 kilometres from the picturesque town of Pollensa. The villa benefits from air-conditioning throughout and has an internet connection.

Interior

This spacious villa has been built and decorated to the highest standard and has attractive, wood beamed ceilings in every room. A large entrance hall leads into the villa and has a sweeping staircase leading up to the first floor. The stylish and very comfortable living room has a fireplace, a formal dining area and several patio doors leading out to the terrace, from where there are panoramic views. There is a large, fully fitted, modern kitchen, with a breakfast table and chairs. Villa Can Codolar has five bedrooms with air-conditioning which is included in the price. One is on the ground floor, with a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom, with a separate shower. Four bedrooms with twin beds are on the first floor. One has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading onto a terrace with spectacular views. One has an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. The fourth has an adjacent bathroom.

Exterior

The marvellous garden of this property blends seamlessly into the surrounding countryside. The properties location, in a verdant valley, gives it unbeatable views from all angles and provides an atmosphere of total peace. The beautiful 12x5 metre swimming pool is accessed by roman steps and surrounded by a sunbathing terrace, with sun beds and parasols. There is an option to heat the pool and also for pool fencing to be fitted at an additional charge. There is table tennis, a barbecue and two, covered, al fresco dining areas outside the villa.

Amenities

Located 63 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, pretty Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and is full of traditional charm. Narrow, winding streets lead to the bustling town square, the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy memorable hours of alfresco dining, or a drink, at one of the many charming local bars. Eleven kilometres away in the relaxed, family resort of Port de Pollensa you will find the Bay of Pollensa with its sheltered horseshoe shaped beach and warm, shallow aquamarine waters. A beautiful, tree lined promenade stretches along the seafront to the harbour where you can enjoy a selection of marine excursions. Port de Pollensa has an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and even offers a fine variety of antique shops and art galleries. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port de Pollensa brimming with colourful local produce and handicrafts. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only 4 kilometres away. The larger resort of Alcudia is only 8 kilometres away, boasting one of the largest beaches on Mallorca and for families there is the water park.
