Set in its own spacious grounds with uninterrupted views to the azure waters of Coral Bay, Villa Amethyst is a superior, large two storey villa. It is conveniently located only 250m from the coast, midway between Coral Bay and Paphos. The charming village of Kissonerga is only three minutes drive and offers a variety of taverns, restaurants, bars and shops. Interior

This large, spacious and modern villa has been stylishly decorated to a high standard. It has a big living room with a feature fireplace and unbeatable views to the sea. There is a good sized dining area with two sets of double patio doors opening onto the pool area. The large, open plan kitchen is well-equipped and has a separate, utility area. Villa Amethyst has four attractive bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a large twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a terrace leading into the garden area. A few steps lead up to a mezzanine floor where the master bedroom is located. It has a double bed, an en-suite shower room and two sets of patio doors to the pool terrace. Another large twin bedroom and a large double bedroom are on the first floor. They both have televisions, en suite shower rooms and patio doors onto spacious, private balconies. This accommodation is perfectly designed for families holidaying together. Air conditioning is available throughout the villa for an extra cost and is payable locally.

Exterior

The beautiful gardens planted with banana, orange and lemon trees offer several attractive areas in which to relax. The 8.5 x 4m pool is accessed by roman and ladder steps. It is surrounded by a large terrace which has sun beds and parasols and a raised, terrace shaded by a gazebo offers a pleasant alfresco dining area with marvellous sea views.

Amenities

The villa is located four kilometres from the sought after resort of Coral Bay which has a large, sweeping beach with a beach bar and several water sports facilities. The resort has a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearby, traditional, Cypriot village of Kissonerga has coffee shops and taverns where you can enjoy the friendly company of the locals and there are supermarkets and shops in the area. Wonderful fresh fruit straight out of the citrus groves, vineyards and banana plantations can be bought at the roadside and there are small seaside bars along the coast. A frequent bus service runs from near the villa or a five minute drive takes you into lively Paphos which is rich in night life, shopping and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.
